The trailer for Nerve, starring Emma Roberts and Dave Franco has arrived and it certainly looks like a fresh take on the current state of technological advancement and social networking.
Nerve centres on Vee (Roberts), a high school senior, and Ian as they find themselves immersed in an online game of truth or dare. Starting out innocent, it all turns sinister as the online community known as “watchers” start dictating their every move.
Helmed by Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman (Paranormal Activity 3 & 4, Catfish), Nerve is based on Jeanne Ryan’s 2012 novel of the same name.
